The morning staff at this location are awesome. Always greeted warmly each morning. Ester & Grace are the absolute best. These people take text messages and have their regular customers orders waiting. Best Einstein's on the planet.

Husband ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon and two eggs. The bacon was raw, and there was only one egg. I ordered a latte. The top popped off, hot liquid got on my hand, and I dropped the whole thing. No one asked if I was okay. No offer of more drink. We were not impressed.

First visit - I had the farmhouse egg sandwich and it was excellent. Service was nice and fast, too!Second visit to location - tried the chorizo fresh-cracked egg sandwich. The bagel was flattened and not pretty...at all. Service was very quick and it wasn't busy.

The employees don’t wear gloves while making sandwiches. If that’s not enough reason to avoid this place I don’t know what would be.

The guy at the drive thru, he was kinda older and wearing glasses, the receipt said Jason so I think that might have been him, was awesome! It was a bit of a windy day today and he had a hard time hearing us through the speakers due to the wind, and the guy in front of us was super impatient and was honking and swearing but Jason took it all in stride and was super patient with everything. He was nice and very professional, and took our large order perfectly even with the wind and loud guy in front of us.

We live right by the Taylorsville location and decided we're gonna drive out of the way to this location. Definitely made the right decision, the employees are much nicer here and so much more honest. The food was good and the coffee I had was done well. I wouldn't mind coming out of the way for good service.

Always quick and staff is relatively helpful when it comes to menu questions. I do wish that the shmear options were listed on the main menu, but I understand this is a corporate issue, not a local one. Bagels are a tad bready for my taste, but I'll take what I can get. Caribou Coffee is a great standard and I the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich makes waking up so much better.

Honestly wish I could leave 0 Stars. I don’t expect fast food to be the best service I’ve ever received, but pretty sure these workers forgot they work in customer service. They were very rude with every word they said and even ignored me on some things. I’m completely dissatisfied. Never visited another Einstein’s that was this bad.

Never had an issue. Always fast... however I've only gone inside. Just your typical bagel spot. If your more interested in coffee just go next door to beans and brews

Nothing against Einstein’s food, but this location is the worst! Everybody here this Sunday morning has been waiting for 15-20 minutes to get the food. If you don’t bug them about calling your order you might be here all day. I see one guy that I know it’s been here for half hour. We waited for about 20 minutes and they hadn’t even toasted bagels when they called our order! It’s crazy!!!👎🏼

Locations are all very different. The one on Union Park is terrible. This one on Ft Union is great. Wonderful staff and nice building.

It’s really hard for me to leave a negative review and especially of an Einstein’s because I love Einstein’s and eat there often. But after my most recent visit I am seriously doubting this location. Everything is very dirty... All of the air conditioning vents are completely filthy and covered in copious amounts of dust. There is obvious signs on mold and water damage in the ceilings. Seeing that Einstein’s bakes their own bagels it could be a much cleaner environment. The pictures say it all. It’s very hard to trust the quality of the food you are eating from this location due to the long periods of neglect and deep cleaning in the facilities that the food is cooked, prepared and served. I am allergic to dust and mold and could literally go into anaphylaxis from being inside this building.

It's hit or miss here, regardless of the time if day I go. My order is either made right, fast and it's fresh; or, it's made wrong, rung up incorrectly, old food (with RIDICULOUS amounts of pepper, absurd!), or humorously slow service. They seem to have gotten rid of one of the managers I was constantly seeing issues with (he was so rude to employees and customers), however some of the issues still remain.***Edited There was a change in management and it shows. The staff is friendly, fast, personable and the food is always right! It's been consistent since the changes. The bagels are better made, service is faster and my food is always made correctly. I appreciate the staff and their hard work.

The morning team here is extraordinary, I always feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. A shout out to Grace & Ester for starting many a day of mine in wonderful fashion.

Great ham swiss and egg sandwich. Clean and staff was wearing proper ppe.

The guy working the drive thru window was a total baller. He made sure my pastries did not break and let me check my drink to make sure it tasted great before we left. Awesome customer service. Seriously so impressed. He deserves a raise.

Very slow/poor service from previous visits. Thought I would give it another try today...bad call...won't do that again!!! Poor customer service, attitude from employees, food missing from ro go order.

This location is always really friendly to my wife and I in the morning, on our way to work. They are speedy and the food has always been on-point! Also, great coffee. Can't ask for more than this location has to offer!Alicia usually helps us in the mornings; she rocks!

Was awesome until they discontinued their potato bagel recently. 😢 They're pastries and bagel sandwiches are good. I always double check order, they get my orders wrong a lot, but are nice about fixing the problem.

Don’t go through the drive thru. Service is slow and staff isn’t trained.

I don't like to write bad reviews however, I only had issues with my order. So Sunday 7am I ordered a blueberry bagel that wasn't toasted with 1/3 of the filling that usually has it. Plus my savory bagel which supposed to be hot, wasn't hot at all. It wasn't bad, but if I order a hot bagel I'd like to have. Not done with the issues. I had to go back because on my way home, I checked the bag and there was only one bagel in there. And to finish, the male server calls me hot when I'm to leave. Very disappointing.

I will only go to this location for coffee. There is a redhead woman employee who works here and is the only person in the whole of salt lake who knows how to make a decent cup of coffee and the best pumpkin spice latte. They have the best service and I haven't had a bad bagel once. Everything is perfect. This is the best and only place I can recommend. I have been to every other coffee home in Salt Lake, glad I found this place before giving coffee up altogether.

I’ve been to other locations of Einstein’s Bros. Bagels and always had a good experience except for this location. I’ve been to this location three times and never had a good experience. Here’s why:1. Had a badly toasted bagel2. Waiting in drive-thru for almost twenty minutes when i was the only person in the drive thru that ordered two sandwiches.3. The meat and cheese on the sandwich tasted off and when we smelled the meat and cheese, it was old and smelled bad.

We come to this location often but for some reason the last few times we have had really bad service . Today the food was horrible and the ok was watered down tasted horrible.Sad to say but we will be finding a new location to visit.

I go here at least once a week, if not more. Great food, nice people, but management has a hard time keeping the staff and the employees that are consistent are worked really hard!!. I'd say management sucks! Lucky for them, those few but good employees take care of the store.

Are kidding me? I could make a better bagel with cream cheese. Everytime I come here I asked plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese.. please tell me why all 3 bagel weren’t toasted and their was like BARLEY ANY cream cheese? The girl I think her name was Jorden is NOTHING but rude... I went yesterday through the drive thru and I told her I wanted a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese and pepperoni bagel with a pickle and she was very very rude telling me I need to pay more money. I said maam That’s fine please just ring up what I’m ordering and I’ll pay for it. This morning I went inside and hoped that she wouldn’t be their and again she was and took my order wrong. I’m so unhappy with the customer service at this location and will never return.

Jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, cant beat it. 4 stars because they stopped selling the jalapeño cream cheese separately

Lobby was clean and the food was good as was the service. The hot chocolate is good. And hot . We will be back.

Their pipes are getting replaced soon. So they let the place go. The bathroom is gross, lights don't work, dirty, etc. Coffee still good. Feel like they skimp on the cream cheese. Manager is nice. Hope they work it out.

I've been to this location twice. The first time, my food was not as ordered, with unexpected substitutions on my bagel sandwich. The second time, I was given an incorrect order total. I'll probably still go back though because it's the nearest bagel shop and it does have the convenience of a drive-thru.

This was my second time going to this location and both times I went our breakfast sandwiches were cold they are also always out of bagels hours before they even close. I don't know if they are short staffed and have none to keep up but everything that others wanted they were out of. Staff is not really pleasant either will take a longer drive next time to go to the Taylorsville location at least i know my food will be fresh and made properly!

While I do like their bagels and bagel sandwiches, the service is really slow with no intensity, especially in drive through. Coffee was burned, too, which is sad since they upgraded to Caribou coffee.

I love this location. It has a drive thru for busy days and the dine in isn't too busy. I love the new chicken egg sandwich. Can't wait to come back.

Just left this place, and let me tell you best costumer service ever! I believe their names were Kathrine and Alicia! Whoever needs to see this, these two ladies went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Definitely coming back to this location!

My husband went in today to grab a box of begals to go had to wait in line 20 minutes to order then only 5 of out begals are correct. When he gets home and we realize we tried calling multiple times before we got through to anyone and then they asked why we needed to talk to the manager and the manager told the person who answered they were to busy to help us and they would call us later it's now been 6+hours so we try calling back and can't get through this is not the first time we have had problems at this location.

First Time I try this place. Yeah NEVER again

My order took a while to come out and they gave me a free smoothie. Good service👍

My husband loves the lox & bagels and my favorite is the Santa Fe with 1 egg white on an asiago bagel thin. I like their hazel but coffee with their custom hazelnut creamer.
